As a Store Manager, you will:

Manage and oversee all store operations. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team. Ensure high-quality customer service and welcoming experience. Optimize sales and showcase products. Manage inventory, supervise stock, and place orders. Handle store opening and closing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Manage cash operations and ensure transaction accuracy. Resolve customer issues and implement actions to build customer loyalty.

Profile

Skills and qualities required:

Experience in team management and leadership. Strong sales skills. Natural leadership and initiative. Excellent organizational abilities. Strong communication and listening skills. Sharp commercial sense. Knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.

Conditions:

Store hours may vary, often with extended schedules (7 days a week, 10 a.m. to midnight). Candidates must be available evenings and weekends.

Location: 12 rue de Satory, Versailles 78000

Start date: As soon as possible. On-site and lab training is scheduled from 28/06/2024, so don’t wait!
